Worship
SUNDAY SERVICE
Sunday worship services begin at 9:30 a.m. The Lord’s Supper is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. Music during worship blends a traditional organ and a full choir with a worship team that leads the congregation in folk and praise songs. The worship team accompanies singing with electric and acoustic instruments. Several bell choirs (adult, youth and children) add to worship on a regular basis. Infant and young child care is available during worship. The sanctuary is handicapped accessible.
Special services of worship are scheduled during Holy Week, and Advent and Christmas. These services often involve musical and dramatic participation by children from the congregation and our pre-school program.
Children are an important part of the life of our church.
Childcare
We offer childcare during the worship service and the education hour following the service. Children aged newborn up to 2 years of age are cared for in the Nursery. Follow the signs or ask an usher.
Toddler Class
Children aged 2 through 4 years meet with their teacher in the Nursery and are taken to their classroom in Richardson Hall - across the street from the sanctuary. Children should be picked up there after the service or after the education hour.
Kids Quest
This Sunday morning program is for children in Pre-School through Fifth Grade. Children start in the worship service and are dismissed to Kids Quest. They return to the sanctuary before the end of the service.
Middle School
Class is held almost every Sunday in Richardson Hall for sixth grade through eighth grade. Children leave the service at the same time as Kids Quest. These children stay in church for the whole worship service on the first Sunday of each month.
Please Note: High School students are encouraged to enjoy the worship service with their families and friends.
COFFEE FELLOWSHIP
Join us on the patio after worship for fellowship, coffee and cookies before you head off to particatipate in the Adult Education Class or maybe spend time reflecting on the message from the service.
