Education

We believe that a growing knowledge of scripture, historical studies, current affairs and the exploration of biblical books and themes is necessary for developing a strong and vibrant Christian character and witness. The impact that Christians can have in the world is developed by paying attention to our behavior and attitudes, as well as being informed about the bible and the world around us. In the past we have discussed such topics as: post-denominational impact on the church, sexuality, global warming and our response, abortion, science and religion and a host of other biblical topics. We have a group of excellent teachers to facilitate our discussion. We have also called upon university professors and other leaders through the area. Our goal is to be informative, theologically consistent with the biblical witness and relevant to the concerns and issues of our day. We are constantly striving to build a balance between developing our inward spiritual life and our community responsibilities.
